Refund Policy

Blénken Detailing does not offer full refunds after the service has been completed. We only offer partial-refunds if certain conditions are met:

(i) Damage was caused by Us during or because of the service we carried out - we always take before and after pictures of the vehicle including close-ups of any damage on the vehicle prior to our service being carried out.

(ii) The product that was advertised was not what was carried out (e.g. Interior clean booked, Exterior done.)

(iii) If you were over-charged because you selected the wrong vehicle type.

We will always offer refunds if you cancel in good time (at least 72 hours before booking)

This policy is subject to change at any time at our discretion.
